Dorothy Anne Smith, 75, of Bartlett, TN, went home to be with the Lord on May 20, 2014. She was born July 4, 1938 in Somerville, TN to the late Louis and Lockie Oliver. Mrs. Smith graduated in 1956 from Fayette County High School and then moved to Memphis where she was an employee at Union Planters National Bank for 39 years. Dorothy Anne was a member of Broadmoor Baptist Church. Mrs. Smith is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Wendell L. Smith; daughter, Wendy Smith Wissman and son-in-law, Mike Wissman of Arlington; sister, Mary Sue Baker; and grandchildren, Wade Oliver and Lyla Wynn Wissman. Visitation will be at 9 a.m. until service begins at 11 a.m. Friday, May 23 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home. Interment will be in
Somerville City Cemetery. The family requests memorials be sent to Methodist Hospice Residence.
