DOROTHY SCOGGINS WHITE, age 83, died Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at King's Daughters Nursing Home. She was predeceased by her husband, Warren "Albert" White. She is survived by two daughters, Susan Evans (Greg) and Cynthia White McGarrigle; and one grandchild, Christian Evans. Mrs. White was also predeceased by two brothers, Kenneth Scoggins and Mike Scoggins. She was a retired LPN from Baptist Memorial Hospital on Madison Avenue. She loved her Lord and her church family, traveling with family and friends and living life to the fullest. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m., Thursday, January 5 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home and services at 12 Noon, Friday, January 6 at Bartlett United Methodist Church, 5676 Stage Rd., in Bartlett, TN. Interment will be in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Bartlett United Methodist Church.
