Dortha V. Tidwell passed away on September 29, 2019. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, her parents, and her two brothers. She was survived by two sisters, one sister-in-law, four children, 11 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren. She loved the Lord and loved life. Some of her favorite things to do were to attend church, play cards, visit with friends and family, go to dinner and a movie. She had a profound influence on all her family and was loved by many. She will be greatly missed. The family has requested your presence for a visitation service to be held on Thursday, October 3, 2019, from 11 am until funeral service time at 12 noon at the Longview Heights Baptist Church 4501 Goodman Rd. Olive Branch, MS 38654, with burial to follow at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park -South.
