Douglas E. Lacy was born on November 17, 1945 in Fortworth, TX and passed away on March 8, 2021 at 75 years old. He is preceded in death by his parents, Donald Wayne Lacy and Sarah Ethel Paul; brother, Travis Lacy; and sister, Teresa Lewis. He is survived by his spouse, Margie B. Lacy; half sister, Donna Jones; step sister, Debra Forbes; children, Donny Collins, Arthur Lacy, Curtis Lacy, Tansy Howell, Michael Lacy, and Rodney Lacy; step children, Richard Bevan, Randy Bevan, and Laurie Sorrell; and 22 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and 14 great great-grandchildren.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to either St. Jude Children's Research Center or Le Bonheur Children's Hospital.

The visitation will be held on Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm with the service to follow at 2:00 pm.
