Edith Elois "Tootie" Windham, 83, of Mt. Pleasant, MS went to be with the Lord Tuesday, September 11, 2018. Mrs. Windham was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Ardie Windham and her grandson, Destin Hurst. She is survived by her daughter, Vicki Windham; son, Mike Windham(Christine); grandchildren: Shelby Windham, Jacob Windham, and Zackery Windham; and many family members and friends. Mrs. Windham loved the Lord with all her heart and served Him faithfully. She was a member of New Life Apostolic Church. She also loved her family and friends and always put them ahead of herself. Mrs. Windham retired from General Electric after 27 years of service. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation and remembrance Thursday, September 13, 2018 from 5-7 pm. A funeral service will be held Friday, September 14, 2018 at 2:00 pm. All services and interment will be held at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park, East.
