Edna Elizabeth Henley, 89, of Memphis, TN, born October 25, 1923 in Arkabutla, MS, passed away on May 12, 2013, Mother''s Day, at her home after a long illness. She was a retired office manager for Dr. Colin Thelkeld and a member of Cherokee Baptist Church. Mrs. Henley is survived by her son, Harold Wayne Henley (Glenda); two grandchildren, Valerie, Chris; two great-grandchildren, Kylie, Cody and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold L. Henley; parents, three sisters and a brother. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, May 14 and service 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 15 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home with interment following.
