Edward Paul Cook, Jr., 70 of Cordova, passed away May 22, 2022.

Paul served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps. He loved his work with computers and that continued in his I.T. career with Fed Ex and his love for genealogy. He recorded the lineage of his family back 300 years and kept extensive records. Paul was a very active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints serving many callings and serving the community. He and his wife, Tuyet, loved to travel and they did often, most recently to Vietnam, Thailand, and Hawaii.

He leaves his wife, Tuyet Le Cook; his daughter, Jodie Cook Kidd; three sons, Christopher Cook (Jennifer), Edward Paul Cook, III, and David Benjamin Spencer Cook; two sisters, Paula Hartman (Frank) and Elaine Emary; one brother, James Cook (Wanda); 12 grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Rosie Cook; and one brother, Larry Dean Cook.
