Elbert C. Wicks' Obituary
Elbert C. Wicks, 89, passed away June 8, 2013. Mr. Wicks was a veteran of WWII and the Korean Conflict. He was employed by the City of Memphis, Division of Community Enhancement, Code Enforcement Service for over forty years. He is survived by his son, Dr. R.A. Wicks; a daughter and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Grace Wicks. Veteran funeral services plans are pending.
