Bootsie Eleanor Ruth Earwood Williams met Jesus her Lord and Savior face to face to spend eternity with him on September 19, 2016. She was known as a prayer warrior by all her friends and was a God called Sunday School Teacher. She was preceded in death by Robert (her husband of 60 years) and Robin (son). She is survived by Linda C. Williams (daughter) of Abbeville, MS and Bradley William (grandson) and Jeffrey Williams (grandson) of Memphis and K.C. (grandcat). Special thanks to all who faithfully prayed, sent cards, texts, and called during this illness. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, September 20 and service 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 21 at Forest Hill Funeral Home & Memorial Park, East with interment to follow. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to Bootsie Williams Memorial Fund Cherry Road Baptist Church in Memphis, TN; Methodist Hospice or Memphis Oral School for the Deaf.
