Elizabeth Ann Brown, 69 of Memphis, passed away June 25, 2023.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years, James "Bill" Brown; brother, Charles E. Freeman, Jr. (Linda); nephews, Lee Freeman (Michelle), Eric Thornton (Carrie), and Edward Thornton (Amanda); and niece, Stacey Harper.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Dorothy Freeman.

Elizabeth held a Master's Degree and was a Teacher Librarian for Shelby County Schools. She retired after working in education for 25 years. After retirement she took up doing Graphic Design and was active in many design groups online. Her hobbies included arts and crafts and being a dedicated Beanie Baby collector. Her and Bill loved to travel and took many road trips out west.
