Elizabeth Virginia Burns-Elliott, 61, of Southaven passed away on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at Methodist Memorial Hospital - Germantown. Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Monday, November 24 with service Tuesday at 2 p.m. both at Forest Hill South Funeral Home. Mrs. Elliott was a member of Mt. Vernon United Methodist Church and had previously worked for Sharp Electronics in Memphis. She was preceded in death by her parents: Hugh and Sally Gentry, one sister, Mary Pierce and brother, Jack Gentry. Elizabeth leaves her husband of 33 years, Anthony "Tony" Elliott; one daughter, Angela Miller (Brian) of Nesbit; one sister, Shirley Hinson of Walls; two brothers: Jim Gentry of Millington, TN and Paul Gentry of Sardis, MS; and three grandchildren: Anthony, Christina and Taylor.
