Elizabeth Diane Jackson age 72, was born on November 24, 1951. She was a Wife, Mother, Grandmother and dear friend. Diane passed away on June 16, 2024. Diane was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Lee Sherrill and Willie Mae McCarter. She is survived by her husband, Larry Jackson, her brother David (Ethel) Sherrill, and her daughters, Jennifer (Troy) Carmack and Jodie (Terry) Duffie. Diane also is survived by her grandsons Josh Pyron, Dusty (Tiffanie) Duffie, Zach Pyron and Ben (Michaela) Pyron. Diane was a retired (survivor) letter carrier from the U.S. Postal Service. She also retired from the Kroger company after her first career. She was a long time member of Park Avenue Church where she worshiped faithfully. Diane loved to travel and enjoy the beauty of God's creation. She was smart and could master almost anything she was truly a "Jane of all trades". In the last several years, she loved, loved, loved her bible study at Bellevue with her "Godly Gals". Diane loved her family, church and her dear friends with all her heart. But, most importantly she loved the Lord.
