Elizabeth "Liz" Pierce, 78, born July 9, 1939 in Memphis TN went home to be with the Lord July 7, 2018.  She leaves a loving son & family: her son Daniel (Gina), granddaughter Kayla Perez, sisters Judy Jackson, Katy Smith, Vera & Viola Pierce as well as nieces and nephews, Deborah Rainey, Pamela (Mike) Glover, Scott (Jannie) and Matthew (Alisa) Jackson and Scott Pierce. She was preceded in death by her husband Edwin "Ed" Pierce, sister Mary Howe, brother Jimmy Jackson, mother Hazel Rankin, nephew Brian Jackson.  Liz was a longtime member of First Baptist Church, Horn Lake, MS where she served the Lord in many ways alongside her brothers and sisters in Christ. Visitation will be held at 9am on Thursday July 12th at First Baptist Church, Goodman Rd, Horn Lake, MS. with services to follow at 11 AM.
