Elzada Tate Eady, 91, passed away on Wednesday, March 2, 2016 at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis, TN. surrounded by family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Colonius & Annie Mae Tate. She is survived by one son, Muhammad Salaam (formerly Dana Kirk Tate); grandchildren, Bertrand M. Tate; Shannon Mosley (Sean), Dana Kirk Tate, II, and Drew Matthew Tate; a host of great grandchildren and scores of loved one and friends.
