Obituary

Emilye Jordan Brown, 25, born February 1, 1994, was called to be with her Lord on Thursday, June 27, 2019. Her funeral service will be held at Holy Rosary Catholic Church where she was a member and alumni of Holy Rosary School.  Deacon Rich Quinton will be officiating. Her visitation will be Wednesday, July 3, 2019, from 12 pm to 2 pm, with her service at 2 pm. Graveside burial will follow at Forest Hill Midtown Cemetery. Forest Hill Midtown has charge of arrangements. Emilye leaves behind her two sweet beautiful baby girls, EllaMarie and Charlotte. She is also survived by both parents, Brandy Cullens-Brown and Jason (Olga) Brown; her brother Caleb Brown; her maternal grandparents, Harry and Vickye Cunningham; her paternal grandparents Erma and Carlton Ashley; and Sovia and Charlie Brown; along with an abundance of loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The light of Emilye's life was her baby girls. She was a wonderful mother, who loved more than anything spending time with them. She was dedicated to bringing them up with God and was looking forward to being a Holy Rosary Mom. A beautiful soul, God blessed us all when he gave her to us if only for this short time. Emilye was and is our daughter, our granddaughter and a friend to all who met her. Emilye is now walking in paradise with her Lord Jesus. Praying we can all find peace knowing this, and that we can all meet our sweet Em again one day.
