Ethel Russell French of Bartlett, TN, was born in Lafayette County, Mississippi on September 4, 1918 and passed away on December 8, 2015 at the age of 97 years. Ms. French loved dancing, reading and taking care of her family. Ms. French was preceded in death by her loving husband of 74 years, Robert E. French. Ms. French is survived by her six children, Larry French, Barbara Ashabranner (Bill), Gerald French (Mary Anne), Michael French (Judy), Nancy Freeman (Kevin) and Tina Owen (Walter)Í 14 grandchildrenÍ numerous great grandchildrenÍ and by three brothers, Billy Russell of Blackjack, MS, Joe Mac Russell of Gulf Port, MS and Gladden Russell of Blackjack, MS. A visitation will be held on Friday, Dec. 11, 2015 from 121 pm with funeral services to immediately follow at 1:00 pm, all at Blackjack Presbyterian Church, Blackjack, MS.
