Etta Joy Williams, 83, from Memphis, TN passed away in Southaven, MS on October 29, 2017. She is survived by 2 loving daughters Henrietta Simon and Rebecca Murray and 2 sisters Lorraine Nelson and Bobbie Bishop. Mrs. Williams was blessed with 6 grandchildren and 9 Great-grandchildren.
