Eugene "Bud" Ivy, 84, of Mooresburg, TN, formerly of Olive Branch, MS  passed away on Friday, December 22, 2023.

Mr. Ivy was born in Lee County, MS to Cecil, Sr. and Louis Ivy. He was owner and operator of Ivy Construction Company in Memphis for over 60 years and retired in 2003. He was a member of Eastwind Christian Church in Germantown, TN.

Bud was preceded in death by his parents; also one brother, Cecil Ivy, Jr. and sister, Brenda Holcomb.

He leaves his wife, Grace Ivy; his daughter, Shelly Shores (Jake) of Mooresburg, TN; one step-daughter, Marcia Burris of Southaven, MS and step-son, Chuch Gregory of Savannah, TN; two sisters, Faye Nanny and Pam Gardner (Danny Joe) both of Palametto, MS; three grandchildren, Courtney Paige Heflin, Mandi Gregory and Sonya Watts-Clay; also many great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
