Eugene "Sonny" Mosier passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2023 surrounded by his family and friends.

Sonny was a navy veteran who served in the Korean War. He married his wife Mary in 1954. They had 3 daughters, Jenny, Cindy, and Brenda. They made their home in Memphis for many years before moving to Lexington, Tennessee. Sonny retired from The State of Tennessee. After moving to Lexington, Sonny became a loyal member of The American Legion Post number 77 Lexington Tennessee. This is where he met many friends who became like family. He was also a member of First Pentecostal Church of Lexington. Sonny loved to fish and spend time with his family. He was also a Dallas Cowboys and St. Louis Cardinals fan.

Sonny was preceded in death by his wife Mary and his daughter Cindy.

He leaves behind his 2 daughters Jennifer Ward (Lamar) of Memphis, Tennessee, Brenda Russell (E.C.) of Millbrook, Alabama. He also leaves behind a friend who became like a son to him Lanny Culver (Dana) of Lexington, Tennessee, 8 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 7 great, great grandchildren.

Sonny will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
