Eunice L. Downs, 81, of Millington, TN died Tuesday, July 10, 2012. She was a homemaker and a member of Praise Tabernacle Church. Mrs. Downs was preceded in death by her husband, Robert D. Downs and is survived by her four sons, Jerry D. Downs (Sherry) of Bartlett, TN, Danny T. Downs, Micheal A. Downs (Sandra) both of Millington, TN, and Robert Ray Downs (Sandra) of Hernando, MS; sisters, Martha Averitt, Clara Mae Grissom, Pearl Sparks; brother, Ernest Robbins; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 5:30-8 P.M., Friday, July 13, 2012 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home. Services will be at 2 P.M., Saturday at the funeral home with interment to follow.
