Evelyn Jean Burnett Oberle was born in Memphis, TN on May 18, 1937, to Albert and Myrtis Burnett. She graduated from Humes High School in 1955, and married William T. Oberle on June 10, 1955. She is preceded in death by her husband, mother, father, sisters Doris Mills, Julia Latham and Bert Compton and brothers Albert Burnett, Jr. and Ronald Burnett, as well as granddaughter, Ginger Null. She leaves her daughter, Cheryl Oberle Null (Lynn) of Memphis and son, Randal Oberle (Deborah) of Plano, TX, grandson, Derek Null of Memphis and granddaughter, Morgan Oberle Wagner (Parker) of Benbrook, TX. Evelyn was a member of Bellevue Baptist Church and went home to be with the Lord on December 22, 2024. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Porter-Leath or The Salvation Army.
