Evelyn Laverne Sweitzer, 79, of Memphis, TN, died Saturday, June 1, 2013. She was a homemaker and a member of Range Hills Baptist Church. Mrs. Sweitzer is survived by her husband of 57 years, Robert W. Sweitzer; daughters, Joyce Neagle (Ronald) of Millington, TN and Gail Smith of Memphis, TN; son, David Sweitzer of Memphis, TN, and grandchildren, Jessica and Kristy Neagle; sisters, Dorothy Neagle of Millington, TN and Rheta Barr of FL. She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, June 4 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home. Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 5 at the funeral home with interment to follow in Forest Hill East Cemetery.
