Fallis Besinger, 77 of Southaven, retired computer operator for Schlitz/Stroh's Brewery and member of Peabody Baptist Church, passed away on May 17, 2022.

She was a loving mother, faithful friend, dedicated team mom, and an adoring grandmother to Ashlyn, one of her life's greatest blessings.  She was the best mom Rodney could ask for and was also a "second mom" and "Ms. B" to many of Rodney's classmates and friends throughout the years.  As a single mom, she often sacrificed, but still found so much joy and passion in giving to others.

She loved her pets, riding horses, watching bull riding, and watching ice skating events.  She loved Nascar and Football, laughing with friends, and heated card games with beloved family.  Her favorite outings were taking Ashlyn to the park, the movies, and especially Baskin Robbins.

She is survived by her son, Rodney Besinger Jr. (Stacey), and granddaughter, Ashlyn Besinger.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Celous and Vera Martin.  She was the last of a great generation of Martin, Parkin, and Bowman families.
