Faye A. Phillips, 83, passed away in Memphis, Tennessee at Baptist Hospital on May 25, 2019.  Faye was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Hazel Taylor; sisters, Pauline Bloom and Brenda Owen; one brother, Cotton Taylor; and daughter, Sherry Sere.  She is survived by Johnny (Pam) Phillips, Scott (Nia) Phillips and Bill Phillips.  Mrs. Phillips was blessed with six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.  Visitation with her family will be on Saturday, June 1, 2019, from 9:00~10:00 a.m., with a graveside service following at 10:00 a.m. at Forest Hill Funeral Home, East on Whitten Road. 901-382-1000
