Jack was the quint essential definition of a southern gentleman and a patriot at heart. His legacy was the ability to make every person he met feel like they were the most important person he knew. His love was felt by everyone. Avid prankster, loved tell people he was 10 years older than he really was just to get the compliments on how well he looked for his age. He never met a stranger. He always had a tall tale that would captivate everyone and he engaged in conversations with any and all. He was GrandJack to not only his grandchildren and great-grandchildren but also to all of their friends. Jack and Billie's home was always open to friends, family, their children's' friends and so many others. He will be missed greatly by all.
