Forrest Lee Martin passed away on July 16, 2020 at 90 years old in Collierville, Tennessee. He worked at Memphis Light, Gas, and Water for many years. He is preceded in death by his parents, W.W. and Viola Martin and his two brothers and four sisters. He is survived by his wife, Virginia Martin, of 70 years; daughters, Sandra Burke of Enid, Mississippi, Kathy Irwin (Paul) of Collierville, Tennessee; son, Mike Martin (Vickie) of Collierville, Tennessee; and six grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, July 21, at 10:00 am at Forest Hill South, 2545 E Holmes Rd, Memphis, TN 38118. In lieu of flowers, the family asks those who wish to express sympathy consider making a donation to a charity of their choice.
