Frances Marie Brown, 98, passed away in Oxford, MS, on September 15, 2025. She was born in Memphis, TN, on August 18, 1927, to parents T.F and Jennie Russum. Frances worked as a seamstress for many years, it was something that she really enjoyed doing. Frances loved her family and she loved to spend as much time with them as she could. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of many years. Frances leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughter Linda Isbell-Kropelnicki (Allen), 2 grandchildren: Amanda Cleveland and Chris Deehan, 9 nieces: Bonnie Stephenson, Renee Young, Doris Nelson, Pat Beach, Nita Goss, Sally Groomes, Pam Yancey, Sherry Bennett, and Lori Harrington, 3 nephews: David Goss, Steve Downen, and Don Russum, as well as a sister in law Lynn Russum. Frances will forever be in our hearts, and we will miss her more than words can express.
