Frances Belle Davis Darby, 91, passed away Saturday, December 31, 2016, at Bethesda Dilworth Long-Term Care facility in St. Louis, Missouri.
With her late husband the Reverend J. W. Darby Sr., she blessed the world with her children, Alicia Lucas (Michael), St. Louis, Cherry Pyron (Tom), Clinton, KY, and Jim Darby, Glendale, CA; her grandchildren, John Pyron (Katie), Dayton, Ohio, Stefan Lucas (Ashley), San Antonio, Texas, and Claire Lucas (Dr. Ashkon Mohebbi), Irvine, Calif.; and her great-grandchildren, Harper Blake Lucas and Henry Jackson Pyron. She is survived also by several nieces and nephews and their families.
Her sister, Eleanor Davis Eckles, brothers Newton Davis, George Davis, and John Davis, and parents preceded her in death.
A memorial service will be held at a later date in the Bethesda Dilworth chapel with graveside committal services in Forest Hills Midtown Cemetery in Memphis, TN on Saturday, May 27, 2017.
