Frances Louise Harder went to be with her Lord on March 13, 2016. Frances was 79 years old and was preceded in death by her late husband, Bobby Joe Harder after 61 years of marriage. She leaves her daughter Debra Turner, her son Mark Harder and four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Frances also was a member of Range Hill Baptist Church. Visitation will be at Forest Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Park, East on Whitten Road at 9 a.m. on Friday, March 18. The funeral will start at 10 a.m. The interment will follow the service at Forest Hill East Cemetery.
