Frances N. Minton, 86, of Hernando, MS. went to meet her Lord on January 19, 2015 at the Memphis Jewish Home. She was a graduate of Central High School. Frances was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, James E. Minton, her parents Boyce and Mary Nickels, and a grandson, Jeff Jones. She is survived by three daughters, Janet Towle, Linda Russell (Paul) and Joyce Jones (Jerry); two grandsons, Jamie Russell and Justin Moore; three great- granddaughters and an aunt, Mary Shainberg. She was a teacher's assistant at Joyland Kindergarten for the past years and a member of Parkway Baptist Church. The service will be held at Forest Hill South on Wednesday at 2 p.m. with visitation from 12-2. Burial will be at Forest Hill Midtown. The family request that in lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Memphis Jewish Home or Parkway Baptist Church in Hernando.
