Frances M. Weeks Hobbs Saint, 90, went to be with the Lord on December 16, 2015 at Sanctuary Hospice House in Tupelo, MS. She was born in Webster County on July 14, 1925 to Letha Carroll Weeks and CeDelle Weeks. She spent her childhood years in Webster County before moving to Memphis where she graduated from Southside High School. She and her husband, C. A. (Slim) Hobbs raised their family in Hernando. After Slim''s death she married Milton S. Saint and they lived in Whitehaven. After Milton''s death she spent her later years in Southaven. At the time of her death she was a resident of Wesley Meadows Retirement Community. Frances retired from the Illinois Central Railroad as a PBX operator. She was an avid bowler, bowling until the age of 85. Representing Memphis as the City Senior Bowling Champion and Tennessee as the Senior State Bowling Champion, she went to the National Bowling Championships. She loved traveling with friends, walking, playing cards (Pitch), and vegetable and flower gardening. She was an excellent cook. Insisting that you eat more than you wanted, you never left her home hungry, and usually took home the leftovers. She loved her church and church family. Most of all she loved her familysharing time with them, supporting them in activities, and loving on them. She is survived by daughters Kay (Doug) Morris of Hernando, Jo Ann (Sammy) Henderson of Tupelo, son Dale Allen (Gayla) Hobbs of Lakeland TN, stepdaughter Gloria (James) Perkins of Southaven, stepson Steve Saint of Memphis TN, 9 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Norma Evelyn Davis, her first husband C. A. (Slim) Hobbs, and her second husband Milton S. Saint. Pallbearers will be grandsons and great-grandson Michael Morris, Brad Henderson, Dale Allen Hobbs Jr., Glen Perkins, David Parrish, and Jonathan Underwood. Visitation will be from noon until service at two at Forest Hill Cemetary South, 2545 E. Holmes Rd., Memphis TN on Saturday, December 19. Burial will follow in the Forest Hill Cemetary South. Bro. Al Pihringer, Alan Underwood, and Dr. Eddie Wren will officiate. Memorials may be made to Boulevard Baptist Church, 885 Church Rd.
