Frances W. Gowdy Shaw, 88, of Memphis, TN, died Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Rose Terrace Assisted Living. She was a member of Audubon Park Baptist Church and a retired secretary with Firestone. Mrs. Shaw loved RV traveling and handcrafts. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Winston C. Gowdy and Richard T. Shaw and is survived by her nephews, Raymond Minardi, Bobby Hill, and one niece, Marianne Hill, and a host of great-nieces and great nephews. Mrs. Shaw was preceded in death by her sisters, Vivian Rumley, Hilma Minardi and Helen Hill, and one nephew, Frank W. Hill. Visitation will be 9:30-10:30 a.m., Monday,
