Frances Bell Walker Mayhue, 86, went to be with the Lord, Thursday, November 8, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband; and is survived by two devoted nieces, Ann Marie Williams and Linda Catchings (James); her daughter, Eleanor Buckley; her son, Edward Mayhue; her God son, Reginald Falls; three brothers, William Walker; Ivory Walker; George Walker (Delores) and numerous nieces, nephews and friends who loved her dearly. Mrs. Mayhue owned Frances' Beauty Shop and was a member of New Allen African Methodist Episcopal Church, 1559 South 3rd. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m., Thursday, November 15, and a celebration of her life will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, both at her church.
