Francis Burnett "Frank" Crawford was called home to be with his Lord, Thursday, June 23, 2022 at the incredible age of 93 - just in time to celebrate his 71st anniversary in heaven with the love of his life, the late Nell Marie "Pete" Crawford. He is survived by his son, Bill Crawford, granddaughter, Carly Crawford, sister, Joan Haslett, his caregiver, Shirley Jones, and many loving nieces and nephews. He was a member of Christ the King Lutheran Church. Frank was a consummate golfer, an excellent dancer, a connoisseur of Old Charter, and a great joke-teller. We raise a glass to Frank with his favorite almost-cuss: "Got down couldn't get up son of a pitch me out the window got dandruff and it itches!" In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in his memory to the American Cancer Society or Christ the King Lutheran Church. Visitation will be held at 10am on Thursday, June 30 at Christ the King Lutheran Church, with service to follow at 11am. After the service, internment will be held at Forest Hill Cemetery Midtown.
