Frank C. Foropoulos, 81, of Bartlett, TN, died Saturday, June 30, 2012 surrounded by his loving family. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Lee and Constantine Foropoulos; four brothers, Jerry, Mike, Tony and Vince Foropoulos and one sister, Phyllis Isom. Mr. Foropoulos was a master mechanic for the Dupont Corporation for more than 30 years, and after his retirement he served as a consultant with Hess Oil in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. He was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church, an Air Force veteran, and retired from the Air National Guard. Mr. Foropoulos was a loving husband and father who enjoyed golfing and fishing. He is survived by his wife, Joan Foropoulos and two sons, Dr. Jef (Terri) Foropoulos of Corinth, MS and David (Kerry) Foropoulos of Signal Mountain, TN; five grandchildren, John and Lauren Foropoulos, Sarah and Allie Foropoulos and Kira Carlton, and a sister, Patricia Hughes of Memphis, TN. Visitation will be 5-7 P.M., Sunday, July 1, 2012 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home. Services will be at 2 P.M., Monday, July 2 at the funeral home, with interment to follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
