Franklin D. Miller, 90, of Memphis, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on September 2, 2023 at North Alabama Medical Center in Florence, Alabama.

He is preceded in death by his spouse, Patricia Ann Miller,who he was married to for almost 40 years,his parents, David Cunningham Miller and Hazel Lavinia Miller, three brothers, David Robert Miller, Raymond David Miller, James (Jim) Miller, and Son-in-law, Randy Russell, with who Franklin shared a special bond.

He is survived by two daughters, Delana Miller and Darla Russell and one son, David Arthur Miller.

Mr. Miller also leaves behind his Granddaughter, Megan Elizabeth Russell-Young (Dalton), and two Great Grandchildren, Macy Lynn and Molly Anna Aycock.

Frank and his brothers were proudly known as the "Miller boys of South Memphis". He loved water, boats, traveling to Paris and Alaska, and he was a good cook.
