In Loving Memory of Gary B Hatch, October 21, 2026

Gary B. Hatch, age 72, passed away peacefully on October 21, 2026.

He was born on August 24, 1954, in Memphis, TN.

Gary spent his later years residing at Kings Daughters and Sons in Bartlett, TN, where he was cared for with respect and compassion. He will be remembered as a very loving and funny guy. He was always telling jokes and trying to help in any way he could. He was a favorite of many CNA 'S, nurses, and staff. He had a very pleasing and kind nature.

He participated in all activities especially anything pertaining to music. If you passed his room day or night, he would be listening and singing to his CD's or watching the game channel on TV.

His favorite singers were Randy Travis, and Elvis Presley. During the week he would attend prayer meeting every morning and church services every Sunday. He was a very devout Christian.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara Hatch who passed away in April, 2026 and his parents, Carles and Carrie Hatch.

Gary is survived by his sister, Betty Bumpus of Bartlett, TN. He also leaves behind his nephew, David J. Johnson (Keisha),of Nashville, TN and a great nephew and great niece, Kayla and Grant Johnson.

A private ceremony will be held at Forest Hill East on Tuesday, October 27, 2026.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to your favorite charity or organization of your choice in Gary's name.

Gary will be missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him.
