George K. Burrus, 77, passed away Monday, November 30, 2015. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Beverly Jean Burrus; two sons, Michael Burrus(Faith); Hunter Burrus; two daughters, Karen White(Tommy); Cindy Wedaman(Bill); two sisters, Lorraine Stephens; Margaret Hart; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. George was a member of Liberty Hill Baptist Church, Pope, MS. Family and friends will gather to share memories, 12-2 Thursday December 3, 2015 followed by services at 2 pm. Both at Forest Hill Funeral Home, Midtown.
