George "Ed" Cline, 91, of Olive Branch, MS went to be with the Lord Wednesday, August 24, 2016. Mr. Cline was preceded in death by his late wife, Gladys Cline; parents, William and Ollie Mae Cline; sister, Christine Tutor; sister, Corrine Pegram; brother, William Cline; brother, Dave Cline; and sister, Thelma Smith. He is survived by his wife, Nell Cline; daughter, Gladys Anne Garretson(Michael); son, Gilbert Arnold(Cathy); daughter, Donna Winfrey (Whit); 6 grandchildren: Melissa O''Brien, Angela Massengale, Adam Winfrey, Brandon Winfrey, Kimberlee Ballard, and Lisa Arnold; 7 great-grandchildren; and sister, Barbara Mason. Mr. Cline served our country in the US Navy during WWII. He was the owner of Memphisaire Manufacturing. He was a member of Capleville United Methodist Church. A visitation will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2016 from 12-1:30 pm with a funeral service to follow at 1:30. All services and interment will be held at Forest Hill, South on Holmes Rd. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Capleville UMC or Methodist Hospice Residence.
