George "Doug" Brewer, 84, of Memphis, TN passed away on June 23, 2025, at St. Francis Hospital in Memphis.

Mr. Brewer worked as an Architect for over 40 years and was a member of the Construction Specifications Institute. He also was a member of the Memphis Camera Club, and he served as president for many years. His specialty was wedding photography. Doug was an avid bowler for over 35 years and a coin collector. He was an avid fan of Memphis University Basketball. Most of all he loved spending time with his family and his dogs.

Doug was preceded in death by his parents, Wade Dudley and Stella Mae Brewer, also his twin brother, Wade Daniel Brewer.

Doug leaves his wife, Judy Lynn Brewer; two daughters, Robin McDaniel and Lesli Hays (Larry), also one step-daughter, Lauren Bowman (Bryan); one brother, James Ronald Brewer; 6 grandchildren, Ryan McDaniel, Jenna Little, Justin Hays (Megan), Brittany Redknap, Madigan Bowman, and Ruby Bowman; also 8 great-grandchildren.
