George Edward Galbreath, 80, of Southaven, MS passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2015. Capt. Galbreath was a Paramedic and retired after 30 years from the City of Memphis Fire Department. He is preceded in death by his wife, Sadie Lee Galbreath; parents, Arthur W. Sr. and Lena C. Galbreath and brother, James E. Galbreath. He leaves his son, Michael Galbreath (Deborah) of Bartlett and daughter, Susan Mikesell (Loren) of Mansfield, TX; two brothers: Arthur G. Galbreath, Jr. (Dale) of Mt. Pleasant, MS and Raymond G. of Millington, TN; one sister, Alice Cable of Southaven, MS, three grandchildren: Erika Congdon (Ryan) of Portland, OR, Zachary Mikesell (Mallory) and Shelby Favaloro (Tony) of West Lafayette, IN. Visitation will be Saturday, September 26 from 12 to 2 p.m. with graveside service immediately following in Forest Hill East Cemetery.
