George Robert Wilson passed away November 4, 2025 in Sardis, MS. George was born to the late Archie Herman Wilson and Jessie Kate Waller Wilson in Sardis, MS. George married Nancy Sisson Wilson and together they had 2 children, Bobby Wilson and Jessica Wilson Chapman. George was a passionate diesel mechanic and put all he had into his work.  George is survived by his son, Bobby Wilson (Angie), his daughter Jessica Wilson Chapman (David), three grandchildren, Joshua Ellsworth, Zane Wilson and Summer Wilson. He is preceded in death by his late wife, Nancy, his parents, and two brothers, Glenn Wilson and James Wilson.
