Georgia Geneva "Memaw" Heffner, 82 of Memphis, Tennessee went to be with the Lord on February 11, 2018 at Methodist North Hospital after a long illness, surrounded by her family.  She was born on August 10, 1935 in Greenwood, Mississippi to the late Thomas Mackey and Minnie Pearl Holley.  She is also preceded in death by son, Lee Randall Heffner, sisters: Velma Edmonds, Katherine Maddox, Louise Koonce and Effie Viola Cook.  Geneva is survived by one daughter, Barbara Gail Barber, special caregiver, grandson, Benjamin Heffner and three other loving grandchildren and seven precious, great grandchildren
She worked at Pic Pac Grocery, now known as Mega Market, in the meat packing department and was a devout Christian.

Visitation will be form 12:00 pm on Monday, February 19, 2018 until service time at 2:00 pm at Forest Hill Funeral Home –East with interment at Forest Hill to follow.
