Geraldine S. Coalter, 83, passed away on May 24, 2020, in Bartlett, TN. Mrs. Coalter had been preceded in death by her husband, John Wesley Coalter, daughter, Kim Coalter Cox, and her mother and father Harris and Eugenia Sutton. Left to cherish her memory is her son John M. Coalter (Stacey) of Nesbit, MS, son in law, Bill Cox (Cathy) of Memphis, TN, and sister, Cynthia Eillot of Blytheville, AR.  She has been blessed with four grandchildren, Brennan Harrison, Courtney Coalter, Connor Coalter, and Tyler Cox and two great-grandchildren Tinsley Harrison and Cooper Harrison. Mrs. Coalter was also preceded in death by three brothers, James Harris Sutton, Joel  Clarence Sutton, Benjamin Sutton, and three sisters, Nan Sutton, Lily Margaret Ross, and Shirley Ann Ellis. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.  Visitation with her family will be on Monday, June 1, 2020, from 1:00-2:00 pm with her service following at 2:00 pm at Forest Hill Funeral Home east on Whitten Rd.  Interment will be in West Tennessee Veteran's Cemetery at a later date.
