Gertie Evans Osborne, 73, a long-time resident of the Memphis area, died Thursday, November 22, 2012 at St. Francis Hospital. Gertie was born in Tiplersville, MS to James Henry and Maudie Evans. She is survived by three wonderful children, Anthony Osborne, Sr. (Theresa); Angelyn Hyman (Kevin); Andre' Osborne; six grandchildren, Anthony Osborne, Jr.; Ashley Osborne, Amanda Osborne, Tyler Hyman; Travis Hyman, and Tia Hyman; her siblings Lovie R. White, Franceen Wilson, Charlotte L. Baird, Peggy Evans, Lawrence W. Evans, and Larry P. Evans.
