Gladys Raines McCollum, 97, of Memphis, TN passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2022. Ms McCollum was a longtime member of Leawood Baptist Church . S he served as a Sunday Teacher there for many years. She retired from the Baptist Book Store in Memphis.

Gladys loved sewing, gardening, and was a collector of beautiful dolls.

Gladys was preceded in death by her husbands, Billy Raines and J.D. McCollum; also her parents, Johnny B. and Clara McMinn Pitcock ; also her three brothers, Preston , Buford and Harold Pitcock.

She leaves her daughter, Janis Leoncavallo (Paul) of Memphis and son, Barney E. Raines of Memphis; two grandchildren, Amanda Hannah of Arlington and Brandon Raines of Los Angeles; a great-grandson, Jonah Hannah; also three nieces and three nephews.

The family requests that memorials are sent to the Alzheimer's Association.
