Glen D. Swims, 84, passed away in his home on October 8, 2018 in Bartlett, TN.  Mr. Swims was a member of East Frayser Church of Christ for over 54 years.  He was retired from the United States Post Office and had worked at the Mid-South Fair for 25 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie and Gladys Swims; one brother, Wayne Swims; and two sisters, Mildred Fowlkes and Sue Golden.  Left to cherish his memory are loving wife of 62 years, Johnnie Dennison Swims; daughters, Lucinda Stewart (Steve) and Melinda Lemenze (Louis).  He was blessed with three grandchildren:  Josh Stewart (Lee), Andrea Pitman (Aaron) and Olivia Hackett (Mark); also  six great-grandchildren:  Christian Stewart, Audrey Stewart, Ethan Stewart, Milo Pitman, Ezra Hackett, and Eva Hackett.  He is also survived by one, brother Gerald Swims (Betty) and one sister, Doris Downing.
