Glenn H. Griffin, Sr., 86, of Memphis, TN, died July 3, 2015. He was a retired Boatman's Mate First Class in the United States Navy. Mr. Griffin is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Maki; daughters, Debbie, Makiya; granddaughter, Amberjean; and his sister, Mary Frances Ellison. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Willie Velma Griffin; son, Glenn H. Griffin, Jr.; and siblings, Dorothy Poole, Anna Mae Martin, Clyde Griffin, Edward Calvin Griffin and Alice Marie White. Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, July 7 and service 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 8 at Forest Hill East Funeral Home with interment following.
