Obituary

Gloria Jean Adams, age 80, of Hernando, MS, passed away peacefully with her family present on Tuesday, September 26, 2021.  She was born on June 30, 1941 in Tyronza, Arkansas to the late Bill and Virgil Rhea.

Gloria was a member of Broadway Baptist and Kay Arthur Precept Bible Study Leader.  Her hobbies included Bowling, Tennis and Golf.   She was All American Cheerleader at Kingsbury High School and voted most versatile in her High School Senior Class.  Gloria was very strong in her Christian faith and never had a bad word spoken about her from anyone.  She was also an awesome cook!

In addition to her parents, Gloria is preceded in death by her brother, Robert Kersey, and sister-in-law, Derrell Kersey.

Gloria will be lovingly remembered by her beloved husband, J. W. Adams, Sr., sister Patricia Roseberry (Glenn), son Johnny Adams (Kim), daughter LeeAnn Adams Wallace, son Todd Adams (Angie), six grandchildren, Nick Wallace, Dustin Wallace, Trey Adams, Lyndsay Adams, Kendall Wade & Emma Wade, and a host of great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
