Grace Spindler, 95, of Creston, Iowa, formerly of Memphis, TN, died at Greater Regional Hospice House on August 24, 2015. Grace, the wife of Charlie Spindler, was a former member of Cherokee Baptist Church, the Memphis State University Wives Club, and was employed as a librarian for the Memphis Public Library. Grace is survived by her four daughters: Karen (Don) Wade of Richmond, VA, Valerie (Harry) Thomas of Foley, AL, Linda Spindler (Marvin Leibovich) of Alexander, AR, and Mary (Denny) Smith of Lynn Haven, FL; a son: Chuck (Myra) Spindler of Creston; 16 grandchildren, and 32 great-grand-children. Graveside Services will be at 11 a.m., Monday at Forest Hill Cemetery East in Memphis, Tenn. Memorials are to the Spiritual Life Ministries of Memphis and Crest Baptist Church of Creston, Iowa.
